Okay, so I set up an account a while ago on Paypal, with my Splash Plastic Maestro debit card.
I've just bought a mask for a Valentines ball on eBay, and I'm really confused/worried.
Paypal isn't turning this into a whole credit card/bank/I have to pay £1000 in interest is it? My mum will be pissed.
I'm not very educated on the World of money, so a little help would be appreciated.
I'm just worried because when I go onto my PayPal account, it says I have £0.00, but I topped my debit card that's linked to my Paypal account with £31.00 earlier on. Is Paypal some form of bank that I'm taking money out of, and will later on be charged with countless amounts of interest?
Paypal is a secure way of paying with money that you already have in the bank, it is NOT credit. Your balance should always be at Zero as specific amounts of money go in and out to pay for specific items you've bought. You would only have additional money in the Paypal account if you were selling things that other people paid you for through Paypal.
All of this is largely irrelevant though, because you shouldn't using either Ebay or Paypal until you reach their minimum age of 18. I presume you lied about your age or just missed that piece of information out when you signed up? Close both accounts down straight away!
Teenagers are becoming so spoilt with the latest gadgets and they have to always have designer clothes and things like that. They are so materialistic and their parents have to buy it for them. They have things like new phones, ipods, games consoles, wiis, laptops aswell as top brand clothes and stuff. its so annoying when someone brags about what they got just cos they are rich they just want all the attention. I have nothing except an ipod that is 2 years old which im happy with now and i also got a wii for xmas aswell but i have nothing else and im happy.

I feel it is only necessary for them to have a phone and an ipod over the age of 12 and thats all. Why do we need them.

My boyfriends ex wife moved out of state with their children. He went to court to fight it because she had no reason to leave besides to leave...and she won and was able to move. Laws in this state didnt help the father out. The father is now required to pay for airfare (his and children) every other month (even though she is one that wanted to move). The children are at an age where they shouldnt fly alone, so he needs to fly and pick them up, fly back, and then 3 days later fly there to drop off and come back again.
The tickets are outrageous, because he is gonna have to fly and come back in the same day. Does anyone know if there are any flight discounts or anything for people who have child visitation?
This may be a dumb question, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
It's going to end up being 1500 or more for these flights every other month and didnt know if there was anything for this sort of thing

you know what you might do....
make the first outbound trip a one-way
then combine the return & the next outbound a round-trip...that way there is a little lag between the flights, and you don't hit that "same day round trip" expensive flight!
