Help me for the EOB (explanation of benefits) from my health care insurance?
I am not an American, but I stay here for a 2 year study so I bought a travel insurance. I went to the hospital this September and the doctor send something to the laboratory at that time, weeks later I received the bill from the hospital and there is no charge on me. But yesterday I received an EOB from my insurance provider saying that the laboratory service is not covered by the insurance and I need to pay that by myself. But until now there aren't any bill information from the hospital.
Will I receive the bill later from the hospital? I read on the insurance web page but I cannot find "laboratory" under their list of "not cover", should I still pay the money? I will call the provider to ask but I am not at arguing...

besides from this hes a really good bf and hes soo nice,sweet, and always buying me flowers, and givin me surprise little notes, and he never lets me pay for things (even though i do insist)...all my friends love him and so do my parents which to me is important

Freelance work fraud and PayPal?
I submitted a bid for freelance work at getafreelancer.com. The poster contacted and hired me to handle her adwords advertising account. Transfered $100 into my paypal account and asked to keep the $20 for my management. I paid adwords 76. Next day she did the same ad I paid another 76. Then three days later I got an email from paypal that the buyer is claiming unauthorized transfer of money. My account had 0 balance as I had transfered it into my bank account. So they charged me back and left a negative balance of 196.30 which I have to bring back to 0 by paying them or risk bad credit. I think it is unfair that i have to bear the burden of the loss.What can I do to get justice?
You can sue her, but you'll have to do it where she lives, not you do.

Am I going to get charged an overdraft fee or what?
I overdrew from my Farmers and Merchants checking account by $0.59 last Wednesday and deposited my latest paycheck that Saturday. I was expecting the $26.00 overdraft fee to be deducted from my checking balance at some point, but it hasn't happened yet.
I couldn't find an answer on the website, so I hope someone can enlighten me as this is the first time I've overdrawn. Is there usually a delay in the bank taking money out of your account when you overdraw? Do I have to pay the fee in person? Or are you not charged unless you're overdrawn for a certain period of time (that may just be my wishful thinking).
Call your banks automated phone system.
They update quickly.
There may be an option that you can hear pending charges.
Try also last credits and deposits and latest charges.
I find that the banks phone system is much faster - sometimes same day info, when online you can't get this.
Give that a try...
