Trying to test sperm with not so good medical insurance?

We have been TTC for some time now & we have medical insurance but it doesn't seem to cover infertility issues. My man of 11 years which is also my 11 yr old sons dad was tested 3 years ago with low sperm count at the Cleveland clinic somewhere. & it was covered then. Well we recently decided to try again & we done the research & been doing everything right. Loose boxers,no drinking/smoking, eating healthy,vitamins/herbs,etc. So were curious to see if his count changed at all since then. I've been to the DR & have no issues. We live in the Cleveland ohio area & wonder if any1 knows where we can go to have just the sperm tested & if any1 knows how much it cost or any suggestions where to go??? I know that u can buy the at home tests online,but i'm not sure how good they are & the drug stores around don't carry them. Please lets be realistic & no stupid answers Only serious Thank u

I would guess that most medical centers/hospitals would be able to do a spermatogram. Some only have the lab equipment available on certain days.

Did your husband's doctor do follow up on why his sperm count was low? This might be worth exploring, as perhaps an infection of the testes (like orchitis) or low hormone levels might account for it. (Guys may have low hormones like testosterone or FSH but not know it- it can happen regardless of age & may be relatively asymptomatic.) If he hasn't had follow up done, it would be worthwhile to ask his current primary care physician to explore the possibility of low hormones, which should be covered by insurance. Though some medications like hCG are "fertility drugs", they also double as treatment for low sex hormones.

Switch or Not: HP Pavilion tx2000z and tx2110us?

Alright, so I brought HP pavilion tx2110us for $1010 at the following specifications:
CPU: AMD Turion x2 Dual Core TL-62 (2.1 GHz)
RAM: 3 GB
HD: 250 GB
The others are pretty much the same, screen touch, vista, webcam, fingerprint reader...

I don't think so...........
There's not much you can get out of .1Ghz, and the extra RAM, it's only kind of useful is you are going to use vista (I takes a lot of ram, especially on aero )

I recomend switching to XP ® , end saving yourself 400 dollars....

OK, so the motor blew on a used car you purchased. Without a warranty it's up to you to fix it.

How does your car insurance company get involved in a mechanical repair? They shouldn't have anything to do with maintenance issues.

Choice of what 3 cars? This is America, you can go anywhere in the country and buy a car from any seller you choose. Nobody can force you to buy anything you don't want.

There are obviously a lot more details to this situation than you are giving us.

Generally it depends on what their interest rate is after the 12 month period. Some companies offer 0% finance for a period of time, whilst others charge an extortionate rate of interest over a longer period to pay off. The payments seem really low but you end up paying back a lot more than you originally bought the tv for.

Why are investors buying houses to sell later when people can afford them now and not when the market goes up?

Im looking to buy a house now that its affordable for my budget, but every house I look into an investor has already put in a cash offer and I lose the bid. now if the market goes up, the same people that can afford a house now will not be able to afford one if prices go up. So why are investors buying up houses that just will sit on the market later with a higher price tag that less people can afford?

Because the market going up with coincide with the economy going back up as well. The potential buyers will have more money than they do now, overall, and the investors will be able to cash in, if they're lucky.

How can i get the confidence to tell my aunt (my boss) im applying for other jobs?

We have to put in a 2 week notice before leaving the job. I've worked on and off there. I have a mental illness of psychotic depression, and twice now, i've upped and left and not said a word. Thankfully she's taken me back months later to work again. So now i'm working there for a third time, almost a year now but want a better paying job with more hours. There is an opening for such a job that i am going to apply for saturday, but i am so scared to talk to my aunt about my 2 weeks notice due to my past up and leaving. How can i tell her? I'm scared because i'd feel bad for leaving.

if you get an interview when they ask when can you start say i need to put a 2 week noticce in with my current job. they will respect that and like that you are respecting your boss enough to do so. then when you get hired tell your aunt that you got a job offer that has more hours and pays better and that you would like to put your two week notice in right now. dont tell her before hand because it could cause problems with your job
