that depends upon your creditor if they become agree for this. otherwise you can settle down for a low monthly payment that you can manage & which is the specialty of IVA.

I have an employer that gave a contract for severance, but does not want to honor it now. he wants to save mon?
He bought the company and aasked me to stay on, I asked for a guarantee i wouldnt be cut later to save money. he gave me a written contract stating that if he did that, he would have to pay me 3 months of salary. He is putting pressure on me to quit, but I wont forfeit the contract, so now he is trying to find a way to say he is firing me for another reason so he wont have to pay. he has been unsuccesful to find a solid reason yet. Can he do this? He wants to hire someone at half my pay.

Severance agreement a.k.a. termination with pay. It's one in the same. Of course if you were to quit he wouldn't have to honor this type of contract; however, if he does terminate you unless there is some type of stipulation in the contract it will be forfeited if you are terminated for X reason (i.e., theft, violence) he will still have to honor it even if he lets you go. In the event he doesn't honor the agreement you will be left with no alternative but to take it to small claims court or if the amount exceeds your states small claims maximum (i.e., In NY the max you can sue for in small claims is 5,000.00) you will then have to pursue it in the higher civil court.

$125 is good price for it actually. Trust me once you find an Mp3 player that you love (and my friend LOVES his) you will take GREAT care of it and it will be something that you use everyday. (i use mine, but not an ipod EVERY day)
If it was your money, then its fine, especially since i am sure you wanted it. The money wasn't meant to be there for you to look but not touch, or to buy school supplies with. Trust me, its fine that you bought it with your money, even if it was all, since i am sure they would like you to have spend the money on something that you really liked.

Hey i got a new laptop a while ago and it came with factory restore disks, im at work experiance now and they gave me a image and i installed it onto my computer knowing that i could always just restore my pc to what it was when i bought it, i want to keep a copy of there image that i installed with all the changes i made so i can reinstall it if i ever want to use it ageain (with all my old documents and stuff) i really need to turn my hard drive into a boot disk that i can stick in the disks and press a button and it will reinstall windows just like i had it when i was at work experiance, any softwares that will work , perferably free?

Might do a search on Linux tools to see what's out there. Some times free is just as good ... agreed.
